1.Initial Consultation & Design Review:

  • In this phase, we meet with the designer to understand their overall vision, collection goals, and timeline. This step includes reviewing sketches, mood boards, fabric swatches, and target demographics.

  • We discuss the brand’s unique identity, price points, and any specific detailing or techniques they want incorporated into the collection (e.g., embroidery, pleating, etc.).
This is where we assess the project scope and any special requirements the designer might have.

2.Sourcing Materials:

  • Once the design direction is clear, we begin sourcing fabrics, trims, buttons, zippers, and any other materials needed to bring the designs to life. We maintain relationships with reputable fabric suppliers, ensuring a wide range of options including sustainable, luxury, or custom fabrics based on the designer's preference.

  • We provide fabric swatches for the designer to touch and feel, and help them decide on the best option, considering the garment's final look, feel, and purpose. If eco-friendly or ethical sourcing is essential, we work with vendors who meet these criteria.

3. Prototype & Sample Development:

  • After materials are finalized, we create a prototype or a first sample. This step turns the designer’s idea from paper to reality. Our skilled team creates the sample based on the designer’s technical pack or specifications.

  • During this phase, designers can see how their design looks as an actual garment and provide feedback on fit, construction, and appearance. Any necessary tweaks or alterations are discussed before moving forward.

4.Pattern Making & Grading:

  • Once the sample is approved, the next step is pattern making. Our expert pattern makers create precise patterns, translating the garment from the designer’s sketches to a detailed technical blueprint.

  • These patterns are made to fit the specific measurements the designer provides. Following this, grading is done to scale the pattern across different sizes. This is an essential part of the process to ensure the garments fit well across all required sizes, from small to large.

5.Costing & Production Plan:

  • After creating the final patterns, we provide a comprehensive costing sheet. This details all costs involved in the production process, including fabric, trims, labor, and production overheads.

  • Alongside this, a production plan is laid out. This plan includes key milestones, deadlines, and a timeline for when each phase of production will be completed, allowing for clear expectations and transparency in terms of pricing and delivery time.

6.Fabric Testing & Approval:

  • Before proceeding with mass production, we conduct fabric testing. This step ensures that the fabric chosen performs well under real-world conditions. We test for durability, colorfastness, shrinkage, and other essential quality metrics to ensure the fabric will meet expectations over time.

  • Any issues discovered in testing are addressed before moving forward. The designer is informed and asked for final approval on fabric quality, after which the green light is given for bulk production.

7.Pre-Production Sample & Fit Check:

  • Before bulk production, we produce a pre-production sample based on the final approved pattern, fabric, and trims. This sample is nearly identical to the final product and is reviewed by the designer to confirm every detail, from fit to finishing.

  • This is the last opportunity to make any adjustments before large-scale manufacturing begins. Any requested changes are incorporated into the final production plan, ensuring that no detail is overlooked.

8.Bulk Production:

  • Once the pre-production sample is approved, we move into the bulk production phase. Our team of highly skilled tailors, seamstresses, and machine operators manufacture the garments according to the final specifications.

  • We maintain strict oversight during this stage to ensure consistency and adherence to the approved design. Our team pays close attention to quality, precision, and craftsmanship at every step, ensuring each piece is flawless.

9.Quality Control:

  • Every garment undergoes a rigorous quality control process. This includes detailed checks for proper measurements, clean and even stitching, accurate placement of design elements, and overall garment construction.

  • We also inspect for fabric defects, color accuracy, and finishing touches, like buttons or zippers. If any garment fails to meet our high-quality standards, it is sent back for corrections. This ensures that only the best pieces reach the designer.

10.Final Pressing, Packaging & Delivery:

  • Once the garments pass quality control, each piece is carefully pressed to perfection and prepared for packaging. We ensure that garments are packed according to the designer’s specifications, whether they require special packaging for retail stores or personal deliveries.

  • The finished products are neatly folded or hung as needed, carefully wrapped to avoid creases, and packed for shipment. We ensure timely delivery, whether local or international, so designers can receive their collections on schedule, ready for sale or display.
